Screen reserves

Hello,

I am entering the main part of the application that I am developing and now comes the main problem: how to make a screen of accomodation reserve management.

I do not know what features can be used or what types of fields.
I need your help (can be in WPF or Windows Forms).

Sending three images to be easier to understand what I want.
