Can not connect to oracle 11g db

Hi all,

I am using visual COBOL for Eclipse on Window and trying to connect to Oracle DB.

I set DBMAN = JDBC but my received output:

SQLCODE = -0000000009

MFSQLMESSAGETEXT = Got minus one from a read call

Anyone hepl me?
