cblnames visual cobol 4 from command line

We have migrated from netexpress for Windows to visual cobol 4.

I need to use cblnames from command line . Where can I find the technical documentation?

In the previous environment the command used was:

cblnames -V -FM -DUSFHINIA.def @USFHINIA.NAM
